Clear or transparent wood finish that uniquely combines the advantages of natural oils and waxes in one product. Osmo Oil for doors is a highly durable, protective door oil for all softwood and hardwood internal doors. Suitable for solid wood, engineered and veneered doors including oak and pine.
Osmo Door-Oil is resistant to dirt, water and abrasion. Simple application - no primer or sanding between coats needed - this saves time and money. Suitable for wood; microporous surface will not crack, peel, flake or blister.

Tips:

  • Recommended application: 35ml/m² per coat.
  • Wet coating can be corrected up to 30min.
  • Over application and/or low ventilation can also increase the drying times.
  • After 2-3 weeks,fully cured & reached its' final liquid & wear resistant.
  • For exotic hardwoods Osmo Wood Wax Finish Extra Thin recommended.
  • On dark/reddish wood species the Door- Oil 3033 Raw can be seen as a faintly white surface.
  • Wood Protector is recommended as a base coat for doors and joinery in wet-rooms such as bathrooms or small kitchens to increase the water resistance, although it is recommended to check with the door's manufacturer for instructions or guidelines before application.
